Plan preparation
During the plan preparation we advise and guide you about the project
location, building concepts, the feasibility and exploitation of the

Design
When there is a clear vision on the plans the plan needs to be figured. A
design will be made for the partition of the location by a city developer.
This partions will be filled up by the architect with building mass. These
building mass can be housetypes of Batu but also your own designs or new
Batu designs are possible.
Sale
The start of the sale activities can be done right after finishing the
development stage and before the effect stage or during the building
stage. When the selling is started before the effect stage, buyers can
recognizably make their own decissions about the divison of the house.
These decissions will be studied by the architect and will be, as far as
possible, processed in the drawings of the house.
Effect
As in all construction processes, the desing will be translated to a
construction technical plan wich serves as a base for the request of the
building permit.
Building permit
After the approval off the construction plans by the local authorities you
will recieve a building permit. Then a contract will be signed with a
contractor who will build the houses. This contract will be notarially
fixed. When buyers are concerned in an early stage their design choices
will also be fixed in a contract.
Supervison during the building stage
During the building stage a recognized supervisor will control the
building activities. Also one of our team-members will measure the
position of the activities and inform you and the buyers.
Payment
Payment of the building activities will be done in terms. The number of
terms and the amount depends on the contractor. Every time when the
building activities ar as far as the finishing of a term this will be
checked first by us and then the buyer will receive a request of payment.
Delivery
When your house is completed you will receive an invitation to inspect the
house together to check if there might be deficiencies. The during the
delivery establidhed flaws will be noted. Then we will do our very best to
solve these deficiencies.
Key transfer
When the buyer has finished his financial duties, the delivery has taken
place and possible flaws are remedied, then he wil receive the keys of his
new house. The key transfer means for us the end of a hopefully. The key
